  Introducing Toni "T Byrd" Byrd, the visionary behind The Alignment Foundation and ByrdLuxe, who serves as both the Founder and CEO. Her educational background hails from Florida A & M and San Diego State University. With over three decades of experience in the healthcare sector, Toni has a rich personal history of overcoming homelessness. Beyond her impressive career, she is a versatile individual, excelling in various fields. Her diverse portfolio includes roles as a real estate agent and investor, alongside co-founding Marilyn's Refuge and Sharon's Lotus Cancer Foundation. Additionally, Toni is the proud owner and operator of ByrdLuxe Concierge & Executive Suites, ByrdLuxe Notary & Livescan, and Let's Go Driving.

Meet Nicole Reyes, Director of Operations. She has her BS in Business Management, AA in Business Administration, Nurses Assistant Certificate and is a registered Home Care Aide with CDSS. She has spent years working with the elderly and underserved. With a unique blend of business acumen and healthcare expertise, Nicole brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our organization. Her passion for improving patient care and dedication to operational efficiency make her an invaluable asset to our team.
